She designs customized schedules, personalized job descriptions, and a personnel manual to fit each practice's needs. As a part of her program, Debbie also focuses on the role of the front desk team, financial controls, anti-embezzlement protocol and practice building.

Christine Townsend joined Debbie Best Consulting Networks in 2017, as a consultant. She is an experienced Treatment and Marketing Coordinator and graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and the honor of Summa Cum Laude. She began her professional career as a teacher and served in the field of education for 15 years before joining Marcel Orthodontics in 2007.

Christine's proven interpersonal and communication results include:
  • Helping orthodonic practices to achieve their conversion rate goals by identifying                                         challenges within the practice and what differenciates their services
  • Designing solutions to improve the new patient process and the overall                                                                                             patient experience

Carol Eaton has been actively involved with the orthodontic community for over 41 years in her varied roles as a Practice Managment Consultant, Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator. Both as a long-term colleague and fellow consultant sharing courses, seminars and leectures, Carol is excited to work with Debbie Best Consulting Network.

Carol has mastered her skills from hands-on experience as a Treatment Coordinator

& Marketing Coordinator with numerous practices in addition to in-office training and
coaching practives both nationally and internationally. Understanding the needs of the
doctors for increased new patient conversions and the needs of the TC in balancing time
managment for efficientcy and effectiveness, Carol can offer:
